EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!
One person I need to mention is Louise Randazzo, your agent who showed our home. This lady is OUT OF THIS WORLD. She has a smile on her face, in any difficult situation. When I called her at least 15 different times and asked good, average and stupid questions, she already had an answer or found me the answer one way or another. She is a wonderful human being who shows compassion to everyone.
She treated me and my wife as if we were the only customers she had, when she had multitude of clients waiting. She went way beyond her call of duty to help us get settled in our new Neal Communities home and even followed up with us to see if our situation was resolved. She is worth gold! She makes your organization proud!!

Mr. Neal,
I just want to compliment Joe Mesh on his excellent service. I had some tiles come loose in my guest bath awhile ago. I emailed the warranty department with my concern. Joe Mesh called me and listened.
