    I own one of your homes in the Coastal Key community off of Winkler Road in Fort Myers. Your foresight to build our homes higher than the garages kept us from catastrophic destruction.

    I had a flooded garage just like everyone else, but no water made it into my house. I am so grateful as this is the first brand new home I ever owned.

    When Michael and Patricia Rodrigues began their home buying process in January, they had the lush community of Windward by Neal Communities in mind. They also knew that to make this possible, they needed someone who could make the building feel like home, a detail they shared with Construction Manager Jason Kohl.

    New to Neal Communities but embodying our company’s commitment to improving the lives of every customer, Jason wanted the couple to have an unforgettable experience designing their new home.

    After they decided to build a villa on homesite #62, Jason and our construction teams immediately went to work on the couple’s new home. Kohl made sure Michael and Patricia knew what to expect from Neal Communities by thoroughly explaining the company’s building process. Jason even provided his contact information and encouraged them to share any questions or concerns, wanting the couple to know he was with them every step of the way.

    Knowing they would have to make long treks from Southeast Florida, Jason sent weekly photos of construction progress to the couple. Even when they needed to come to the home to run measurements at the last-minute, Jason was more than happy to accommodate these requests, an extra step the Rodrigueses deeply appreciated.

    A Personal Letter for Great Service

    Jason’s attention to their needs made Michael and Patricia glad they put their trust in Neal Communities. Wanting to create the same personalized experience, the couple sent a handwritten letter to Pat Neal, detailing Jason’s passion and commitment to excellence.

    My wife and I have just started moving in to our new Neal home in Grand Palm and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Your team did a great job and we are thrilled.

    I especially want to commend our project manager Brian Hill.  Brian did an outstanding job of making sure that our expectations were met.  We had built a home with another builder in Sarasota a few years ago and they did a nice job. But Brian made sure that our experience at Neal was above and beyond the norm.  Most importantly he did a great job of being available and communicating with us.

    In addition, every member of the team that we worked with including the folks at Neal Funding, Michael Kaitz and Noel Richards, were a pleasure as were Nicole Nici in Design and Michelle in Customer Service.

    As out-of-state buyers, we decided to begin our home search approximately 2.5 years before
    our target date of retirement, providing ourselves an ample timeline to thoroughly research
    prospective locations and educate ourselves about local builders. That research led us to
    Silverleaf.

    Agent Aaron Solari’s relaxed manner and genuine interest to be of service made him stand
    apart from all other agents. He was professional, informative and open, providing immediate
    answers to our many questions. His transparency communicated his complete confidence in
    the quality of a Neal home. Within a few months, we decided to buy from Neal.

    Cherie Picerno, a highly attentive customer care representative, was instrumental in making

    process. Justine Sieloff, our design consultant, navigated us through the various Neal options,
    ensuring our personal style would be reflected in our home.

    We had apprehensions about living 1,000+ miles away from the build of our new home. Mike
    Tailerfer, our construction manager, put our concerns to rest and communicated his
    uncompromising commitment to delivering us a quality-built Neal home we would love.
    We are not often led to take the time to compose letters of testimony. However, on occasion
    there is exceptional service that warrants acknowledgement. We could not have imagined a
    more favorable experience.

    A Pleasant First Year at Home

    Dear Mr. Neal,

    We hope this finds you well. We would like to take a moment to share our true appreciation and respect for the professionalism our Neal Warranty representative, Jon Wasluk, displayed towards us for the past year in listening and resolving building issues with our new home. Jon was communicative and always took notes on all the issues we found and shared with him. He was organized, followed through on all his action items and checked periodically with us to see if contractors were performing repairs as requested. Jon was always punctual, friendly, pleasant, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. Many times, Jon took the time to do repairs himself, if he felt confident that he could. We truly felt he cared about helping us and providing us with excellent service.

    Mr. & Mrs. Neal,

    We just wanted to take the time to give you a quick note regarding Marcela Serio and her professionalism and demeanor, while we were going through the process of design, other ancillary questions regarding the process and related questions about Neal and the community!

    Marcela was very helpful in answering so many question we had that are important to the future of our home. Originally, we were leaving the state and would come back at a later date, but Marcela was able to squeeze us in without making two extra trips and rearranging our flights. She not only saved us money but came in on her time. We really appreciated that and it made us feel important along with all the flexibility customers seek.

    During this process Marcela has been very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and attentive to our schedule needs and technical questions. She was even available on the weekends! She is a true asset to Neal, we refer to her as the “glue” that brings the entire purchasing process to another level.

    We look forward to our new home and we are sure the balance of the process in building will go according to the same professionalism that Marcela exhibited.

    Our Second Neal Home

    Dear Mr. Neal,

    We recently contracted with your company to build the Endless Summer 3 in Canoe Creek. This will be our second Neal built home as we recently sold our Liberty 2 in Central Park.

    A week ago, we completed our selection process with the Design Center. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience due to our designer, Justine Sieloff. Justine is very knowledgeable about the products we were able to view. She also made great suggestions, sometimes having us do an about-face on what we thought we wanted after she pointed out things we should consider. She made great suggestions keeping our taste and desires in mind.

    We left the session very happy and excited about our experience and that was due to the wonderful work of Justine. You are fortunate to have such a competent and personable team member.

    Yesterday, we attended an orientation by Eric Bissler for our clients, purchasing in Verandah. I wanted to let you know what an exceptional job Eric did and I came away feeling even better about Neal than ever. Eric knows his product like the back of his hand and although he’s likely done hundreds of these orientations, he made the presentation interesting and informative and came across as though he genuinely cares about his product and wants the buyers to feel comfortable and happy with everything.

    He very patiently and thoroughly explained about every aspect of the home, appliances, equipment, landscaping, etc. Your company has a true gem in Eric and you’re very lucky to have him. Kudos to you!
