Each realtor/client registration is per community and valid for 90 days within that same community. A prospective buyer may not be eligible to be registered by a realtor if they (1) made a prior visit to the community’s sales office, (2) previously registered with Neal Communities at the same community, or (3) otherwise indicated that stated that, as a prospective buyer, they are not being represented by a broker.
