Additionally, Neal was awarded Green Builder of the Year by the FGBC for its commitment to building to Green standards and certifying the most homes in Florida in 2018, the fifth consecutive time since 2013. While our Lakewood Ranch homes maintain FGBC certification, all other Neal Homes are built to the National Green Building Standard (NGBS), reflecting our continued evolution toward nationally recognized green building practices that benefit today’s homeowners.
